Policy

• There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your allotted appointment time, a phone call, email, or text message is required. If this policy is not met, a cancellation fee of $25.00 USD is required to be paid in full before another appointment will be scheduled.

• No children under the age of 6 are permitted on the premises. This is due to liability reasons since there are harmful chemicals, hot waxes, and sharp instruments within. If this policy is not upheld, Howe Lovely LLC and it’s staff reserve the right to reschedule the client.
